Our naturally fermented kimchi comes from my family recipe passed down by my Imo (aunt). The seasoning is a mix of locally grown and dried gochu peppers and Imo’s favorite Korean gochu powder- it’s spicy and fruity. The cabbage undergoes a slow cold fermentation resulting in a kimchi that is crunchy, sweet, and not too sour. Enjoy the delicious flavors and health benefits of our mak style kimchi.
