Our naturally fermented cucumber kimchi is delicious. Like a kosher sour pickle, but with ginger, garlic, and chilis! Crunchy, spicy, refreshing. Amazing.

Made with southern Ohio honey from Mr. Pennington, local apples from Wagner Orchard.
