Ramp and Pork Dumplings

A ramp and pork dumpling made with sustainably foraged wild onions and heritage breed pork, a true Appalachian delicacy. 

Our Korean inspired ramp mandu (dumplings) are available for a limited time. 

Made with heirloom vegetables grown by small farms in Appalachia including Athens' farm legend Mike Hamilton of Shade River Farm. 

Each dumpling is hand-rolled with freshly made dough for a perfect texture, just like my Grandma's, then blast chilled and vacuum sealed for the best preservation possible. 

AVAILABLE ONLY IN ATHENS, OHIO for pickup at the Athens Farmers Market on Saturday or local delivery.
