Our heritage-breed pork dumplings are made with Berkshire pork from Rockcamp Farms in Athens, Ohio, and fresh, Appalachia grown vegetables from Shade River Farm and Chesterhill Produce Auction.
It's a Korean inspired mandu (dumpling) like the kind I grew up making with my mom and grandma. But made with Appalachian ingredients!
Each dumpling is hand-rolled with freshly made dough for a perfect texture, just like Grandma's.
